Lucky Lulu, here! I’m lucky because of my name: Lulu Clover. My foster mom tells me that four-leaf clovers bring people luck. And, you’ll be lucky to have me too because I’m a very sweet and loving girl! True, I can be a little like a wallflower at first when I meet new people, but with a gentle touch and a few delightful treats, I bloom into a cuddly pup. Belly rubs are my favorite! I’m the same way with new dogs too. When we’re introduced, I’m a bit stand-offish, but as soon as I realize we’re two leaves of the same clover, I’m all in! Just the other day, I had the best time playing with another pup, and I get along great with my sister, Harley Clover, of course. I’ll need training too because I’m still a baby pyr. Foster Mom is working on leash-training and potty-training with me, so my new family will have to continue teaching me these skills through positive reinforcement. Positive reinforcement means giving me treats and praise while I’m learning how to potty outside and how to walk on the leash. If there’s treats involved, I’m like a pig in clover which should make training me really easy! I know I’ll be the luckiest pyr in the world to go home with the right family for me. Could it be you?

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
