Odie Isaiah
Hi, Pyr Pals! I’m Odie Isaiah, and as you can see by my cute picture, I’m a pyr-mix. My GPRA transporter says my coat is gorgeous! And, it’s a good thing too because I LOVE to be petted. Attention is my favorite! Anyone who comes up to me is a friend who can pet me and give me lots of love. If you’re looking for a social doggo, I’m all yours! One thing about being so friendly is that I’m really eager to get to everyone, so I do pull on the leash when I first come out to walk. MY GPRA friends have been using commands when I walk, so I’m actually good on the leash as long as I receive my commands and redirection. I’m happy because walking is so much fun! Once we get into the yard, I like to play and chase a ball. I really need a fenced-in backyard because I have a lot of zoomies to do! You can even brush me if you want or let me play in the sprinkler. I already ride well in the car, though, which is good because we gotta go places if I’m going to keep meeting new friends. I’m a young, sweet boy who is looking for my pyr-fect home!
Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta
Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
