Donation Guidelines and Suggestions

If you have anything to donate or have questions please contact us at at silentauction2024@greatpyratlanta.com We can discuss pictures and delivery after you contact us. The silent auction will be open for only those in attendance on April 27th. Donors do not need to be in attendance. If you are able to donate please let us know no later than April 13th.

  • The suggested minimum value to be listed should be $20.
  • Gift baskets are always a big hit and items can be combined to make one.
  • Suggested Gift Baskets:
    • Any combination of pet items/supplies
    • Wine /alcohol (add cheese and crackers etc., no wine bottles valued less than $10.)
    • Gourmet food
    • theme baskets such as : art baskets for kids, summertime fun for kids
    • Date night basket (could include a restaurant gift card, and a bottle of wine, etc.)
    • Movie night (movie theatre gift card and candy, etc.)
    • Spa basket
    • College/high school grad basket (Starbucks card, gas card, snacks, coffee tumbler, etc.)
    • Mothers day basket
    • Fathers day basket
    • The baskets themselves do not need to be expensive and can be found at Michaels and other stores.
  • Vacation/getaway/ sports experiences 
  • No used items unless they can be considered:
    • true collectors items
    • antiques in excellent condition with a value of $50 or greater
    • artwork 
    • No jewelry valued under $20
